3. Reservation Procedures

3.1 Steps to Reserve

For charter reservation, the following is required:

  • Attainment of at least 18 years
  • Submission of precise and full details
  • Advance payment as indicated in the booking confirmation
  • Consent to the Terms & Conditions

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed with the payment received and a written acknowledgment from us. Services may be declined at our sole discretion.

3.3 Charter Availability

Charter services depend on the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We aim to fulfill your requested schedule wherever possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

The pricing is provided in € and incorporates all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Costs may be adjusted without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • A deposit amounting to 50% of the full price for the charter is required upon reservation.
  • The remaining sum is payable no later than 48 hours in advance of the charter's scheduled departure.
  • Any extra fees (should they arise) are to be settled after the charter service has been provided.

4.3 Payment Methods

Purchases can be made using mainstream credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and verified cheques. All payment transactions are processed using secure and encoded systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled departure, we will return your payment in full minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure will result in a refund of half the cost.
  • Cancellation requests received with less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will not be eligible for refund.

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In instances where our captain deems the weather conditions too dangerous, we are prepared to:

  • Schedule the charter for another available date at no extra charge.
  • Issue a full refund where rescheduling proves impossible.

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be any mechanical difficulties with the vessel you've been assigned to, we'll strive to arrange an appropriate replacement. If that's not feasible, you will receive a complete reimbursement.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Every passenger is required to:

  • Adhere to all instructions given by the crew
  • Use the provided safety equipment when necessary
  • Inform about any health conditions that could impact their own safety
  • Stay within the allocated spaces on the ship

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following objects are forbidden on the ship:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Controlled substances that are illegal
  • Guns or any form of weapon
  • Excessive quantities of alcoholic beverages (which surpass levels deemed as normal consumption)
  • Animals (except if approval has been granted beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must behave in a manner that is considerate and courteous. Should a passenger's actions create a safety hazard or interfere with other guests' enjoyment, we maintain the right to end the cruise prematurely without issuing a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our responsibility to the payment received for the charter service. We are not liable for:

  • Injuries that passengers sustain due to their own carelessness
  • The loss or destruction of personal belongings
  • Any form of indirect, incidental, or punitive compensation
  • Delays resulting from weather conditions or other factors we cannot control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We hold full marine insurance for our boats and all related activities. It is the passenger's duty to arrange their individual travel and possessions insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You accept the inherent dangers involved with maritime activities and agree to take responsibility for your personal safety and well-being when you use our charter services.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the authority to adjust travel plans, routes, or timetables in response to climatic conditions, safety considerations, or operational needs. We will strive to offer alternatives of similar value.

9. Force Majeure

We bear no responsibility for interruptions, postponements, or changes due to events outside our control, such as:
