Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund except for service charges
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: €50 for credit card transactions
Conditions: Must be submitted in a written format through email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total charter fee
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund
Conditions: Justifiable reason necessary; administrative charges incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No reimbursement available
Exception: Cases of urgency may be taken into consideration
Alternative: Credits for future charters could be granted at the discretion of the management
Conditions: Proof necessary for emergency circumstances
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
The safety of our passengers is our utmost concern. In the event that our certified captain determines inclement weather unsafe for charter activities, we offer several flexible alternatives:
- Full Refund: If it's not feasible to reschedule, we will refund the full amount
- Reschedule: Shift your booking to an alternative available date at no extra charge
- Charter Credit: Opt for a credit that remains valid for a year from the original booking date
Weather Assessment Process
Our methodology for weather evaluation includes:
- Evaluating wind speed and orientation
- Assessing sea conditions and wave height
- Forecasting visibility and precipitation
- Reviewing Coast Guard notifications and cautions
- The professional judgement of the captain regarding safety
Decision Timeline: We make decisions regarding weather cancellations at least 4 hours prior to the planned departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We acknowledge the unpredictability of medical emergencies. Circumstances suitable for special refund considerations include:
- Unexpected hospital-requiring illness or injury
- Death within the immediate family
- Unforeseen military orders or immediate recall
- Summons for jury service or a court order
- Travel-impacting natural disasters
Documentation Requirements
For your emergency refund requests to be processed, the following documentation is required:
- Hospital record or medical certification
- Death certificate, when relevant
- Official documentation of military activity
- Legal notice for court appearance or jury duty
- Announcements or official statements of travel impediments due to emergencies
Processing: We handle emergency refunds within 3-5 working days once we receive the necessary supporting documents.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Issues
In the event that the designated vessel is impaired by mechanical failure that cannot be repaired:
- Alternative Vessel: Efforts will be made to supply a similar replacement vessel
- Full Refund: Offered if a suitable replacement is not found
- Partial Refund: Provided if the replacement vessel's rates vary
- Compensation: Further recompense may be provided for trouble caused
Crew Unavailability
In the uncommon event that licensed crew are not available:
- Substitute crew will be sought if feasible
- Complete refund will be given if the charter is unable to go forward
- Rebooking at no extra charge
Refund Processing
Payment Method
Refunds are returned using the original payment method utilized for the reservation:
- Credit Cards: Within 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: Takes 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: Processed in 3-5 business days
Processing Fees
Credit Card Processing
€50 fee for cancellations over 72 hours beforehand
Bank Transfer Processing
€25 fee for processing refunds through bank transfer
International Processing
Extra charges may be applied for international transactions
Charter Credits
When Credits Are Offered
Credit for future charters can be given as an alternative to refunds under certain scenarios:
- For last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours prior)
- When cancellations are due to weather conditions
- For requests to voluntarily reschedule
- Amid operational disorders
Credit Terms
- Validity: They are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Transferability: These are not transferable to other individuals
- Value: Credits equal the full value of the charter without deduction of processing costs
- Usage: They are applicable to any available charter
- Expiration: They will not be extended beyond the period of 12 months
Partial Service Refunds
Service Interruptions
In the event that your charter experience is disrupted or cut short due to issues we are responsible for:
- Refunds calculated based on the unused portion of the service
- A credit note for a future charter of the same value
- Additional complimentary services or upgrades
Guest-Related Interruptions
If a charter is concluded prematurely due to the actions or safety infractions by guests:
- No refunds for the portion of the service not used
- Total amount due must still be paid in full
- Potential for extra fees
Dispute Resolution
Should you take issue with a refund determination, you have the option to:
- Ask for a review from our supervisory staff
- Submit further evidence or documentation
- Contact consumer rights organizations for help
- Explore the legal avenues open to you under the law

Step 2: Provide Information
Your refund application should contain:
- Your booking verification code
- The scheduled date and time of your charter
- The specific cause for the charter's cancellation
- Any pertinent supporting materials (if relevant)
- How you would prefer your refund to be processed
Step 3: Review and Processing
We will send an acknowledgment of your claim within a day, evaluate it in line with our policies, communicate our verdict in two days, and issue any approved refunds according to the specified timeframes.
Important Notes
- All requests for refund must be made in writing
- Refunds will be carried out in €, irrespective of the payment currency initially used
- It is highly advised to get travel insurance
- We reserve the right to modify this policy with notice of a full month
- Refunds will adhere to pertinent taxes and legal stipulations
